2008年6月19日和20日，新加坡著名律师许顺光先生将与另外两名嘉宾一道，为我院师生做“公司治理和独立董事”和“公司财务和并购”的专题讲座，届时还将为参加2008年度“英国公司法：包括并购”课程的同学颁发结业证书，欢迎到时参加。

Dr Kyle Wong is currently the Director of Financial Markets at Kaplan Financial which specializes in professional and technical training for major financial firms. He is a CFA and received a PhD from Cornell University. He is also a member of HK Society of Financial Analysts and used to work for HSBC Securities Inc in Canada.
Dr Kyle Wong现在是Kaplan Financial金融市场部的董事，这个企业主要为大型金融公司提供专业和技术培训。他是一个注册金融分析师 (CFA)，并且从Cornell University 获得博士学位。同时，他还是香港金融分析师协会的成员，并且曾在加拿大的HSBC Securities Inc工作。

There will also be books presentation to the overall best students at the course on "English Company Law: including M & A" in 2008 by Mr Keoy Soo Lik, who also made the same presentation in 2007. Certificates will be presented to all successful candidates of the written examination for the course.
同时会由Mr Keoy Soo Lik向2008年“英国公司法：包括并购”最优秀的学生赠送书籍。他在2007年也做过类似的讲演。证书将在同时颁发给成功通过书面测试的学生。
Mr Keoy is a law graduate of Australian National University and has a MBA from Insead. He is the current Managing Director of Mizuho Securities in Hong Kong and is Co-Head of its M & A Division for Asia and Pacific region. He used to be the former Managing Director at HSBC Investment Banking.
Mr Keoy是澳大利亚国立大学的法学院毕业生和欧洲Insead的MBA。现在，他是香港Mizuho Securities Inc的执行董事，同时是该公司亚太地区的并购部主管。他曾经是HSBC Investment Banking 的执行董事。
